Great for parties! Sprouts will come to your home or business to provide fun and nutritious cooking classes. Classes are typically 3 hours long and include recipes and a fabulous tasting or full meal at the end.

Currently we are offering the following classes:

  • Fit for a Queen -- Simple recipes for hosting a healthy gourmet dinner party
  • Indian Feasts – Discover the secrets to making authentic yet healthy Indian cuisine.
  • Fiesta Fusion – Colorful, healthy recipes from Latin America
  • Soul Time – Healthy soul food is not an oxymoron.  Learn how to cook nourishing Southern inspired dishes for the body and soul. 
  • Sugar Free and Fabulous! -- Decadent raw, vegan, sugar and wheat-free desserts
  • Table for One -- Shortcuts and solutions for cooking solo
